Phases Under CM Udyami Vikas Abhiyan
There are two components of CM Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan, and these are as listed below:-

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the UP CM Yuva Scheme 2025, an applicant must clear the following eligibility criteria, as mentioned below:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- Age of the applicant must be between 21-40 years of age at the time of application.
- Applicant must have at least an 8th pass or equivalent.
- Applicant must have a skill-related certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized institute or university.
- Applicant must not be receiving benefits under any other Central or state government scheme, including interest or capital component, except the PM SVANidhi Scheme.
- Applicant must have an Aadhar-linked bank account.
