In this system, special focus is given to the National Food Security Act. The insurance premium of families eligible for the socio-economic census, small and marginal farmers, and contract workers will be borne by the state government; on the other hand, other families will have to pay a premium of Rs 850 per year.

Salient Features
- Insurance Premium Available:- Under this scheme 100% of the premium of The eligible families of such category determined by the state government is paid by the government presently eligible families under food security act eligible families of social economic census (SECC) 2011, contract workers working in the state government department /boards Corporation / Government companies, small marginal farmers and destitute and helpless families are included in the free category.
- Condition:- The families of the state who do not come under the category of free eligible families are not Government employees/pensioners and are not taking benefit under the Medical Attendance Rules. They can only avail the benefits of this scheme by paying 50% of the fixed premium RSS 850 per family per year the remaining 50% of the premium will be borne by the government.
- Premium Amount:- In this scheme applicant has to pay a premium amount of Rs. 850 at the time of registration at the e-Mitra centre only.
- Target Categories:- This scheme is a state-specific scheme that every family of Rajasthan can join this scheme, but they will not be engaged in government services, and do not need to join this because the Rajasthan Government Health Scheme Yojana is being brought for them.
