The state government of Madhya Pradesh has launched a new scheme termed “Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana 2025” in the state. Under this scheme government aims to promote employment, skill development, and economic empowerment by educating the youth generation of the State. Through this scheme government also provides On-the-Job Training (OJT) to the youth generation with formal education in registered industrial and commercial establishments.
By offering this scheme government provides financial assistance of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 according to the beneficiary’s skills. Through this scheme government wants to address unemployment and skills gaps in the state. This scheme is implemented by the Technical Education and Manpower Planning Department.
About the CM Learn And Earn Scheme
The “Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana 2025” is an initiative program run by the state government of Madhya Pradesh. Under this scheme government aims to reduce the rate of unemployment among the youth generation of Madhya Pradesh. By offering this scheme government provides On-the-Job Training (OJT) to the youth generation with formal education in registered industrial and commercial establishments.
The government launched this scheme to promote employment, skill development, and economic empowerment by educating the youth generation of the State. Through this scheme, all the beneficiaries will receive financial support from the government. 12th pass beneficiaries will receive financial assistance of ₹8,000 per month.
All the beneficiaries who passed ITI will receive financial aid of ₹8,500 per month, and Diploma pass beneficiaries will receive financial assistance of ₹9,000 per month. People who are graduates or have higher Qualifications will receive financial assistance of ₹10,000 per month. The government also provides a stipend support up to ₹1 lakh as financial support during training.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Applicant should be between 18 to 29 years of age.
- Applicant must be educated with a minimum qualification of 12th pass, ITI, or higher.
- Applicant must be designated as a “Student-Trainee” upon selection.
Ineligibility Criteria
- The applicant belongs to another state.
- Applicant age above 29 years.
- Applicant must not be a student.
- Applicant will not be designated as a Student-Trainee upon selection.
