Under this scheme, the top 100 women in each Gram Panchayat/Urban Local Body with the highest number of digital transactions in a year receive an additional ₹500/-. All the women residents must have a valid Aadhar-linked bank account for receiving benefits from the scheme.

Objective of Subhadra Yojana
The main objective of this scheme is to make women strong and independent by offering financial assistance to them so that they are able to continue their daily lives without facing any financial trouble and become self-reliant and financially stable in the state. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scheme, applicants must have to clear the following eligibility criteria’s these are as listed below:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Applicant must be a woman resident of the state.
- The age of the applicant must be between 21 to 60 years at the time of application.
- Applicant must be covered under the National Food Security Act (NFSA)/ State Food Security Scheme (SFSS).
- Annual income of the applicant’s family must be less than Rs 2.5 lakh per annum from all sources of income.
- Applicant must have their own bank account linked with an Aadhar card.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Male residents are not eligible to apply for the scheme.
- Women aged more than 60 years are ineligible.
- Applicants receiving financial assistance such as pension, scholarship, etc., of ₹1,500/- per month or more, or ₹18,000/- per annum or more under any State or Central Government Scheme would be ineligible.
- Applicants who are current or former Members of Parliament (MPs) or Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) are not eligible for the same.
- Applicants who an income taxpayers are not eligible for the scheme.
- An applicant who is employed as a regular or contractual employee in the State Government, or Government of India, or Public Sector Undertaking, or Board, or Local Body, or the Government is ineligible to apply.
- An applicant who is an owner of a 4-wheeler Motor Vehicle, except tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles, and other similar light goods vehicles, is not eligible to apply for the scheme.
- The annual income of the candidate’s family is more than Rs 2.5 lakh per annum is ineligible to apply.
