Components of PM Viksit Bharat
There are two parts of PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana, and these are as listed below:-

Part A:-
Under part one, the government targets first-time employees by offering are single-time benefit of up to Rs. 15,000 per month paid into two installments to support newcomers in mastering their initial learning phase until they achieve full productivity. Under this fund, disbursement will occur through direct bank transfer utilizing the Aadhaar Bridge Payment System ABPS.

Part B:-
Under this employer-centric component government provides support to employers with a focus on manufacturing sectors, promoting sustainable job creation across all sectors. Under this, employers will get incentives of up to Rs 3000 per month for each additional employee retained for 6 months. This scheme is valid for 2 years with a possible 4-year extension for manufacturing companies. Under this amount will be transferred directly to the PAN-linked accounts of selected employers.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scheme, an applicant needs to meet the following eligibility criteria’s which are as listed below:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
- Applicant who is employer or first-time employees in India are eligible to apply for the scheme.
- Applicants or any employee who joins a workplace between August 1, 2025, and July 31, 2027, is eligible.
- An applicant who has never been a contributing member of the Employees Provident Fund with EPFO or an exempted trust before August 1, 2025, and whose first contribution is credited to EPFO or an exempted trust starting from wage month August 2025 onwards.
- Applicant with a monthly salary of up to Rs 1 lakh, inclusive of all emoluments received by the employee as per the terms of the employment contract.
- Applicant must complete 6 months of employment in the same establishment for the first installment of the incentive.
- Applicant must have their bank account linked to an Aadhar card.
