- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- Applicant must be a government employee of the state
- Only those employees who are currently working in their departments can access the platform.

- Once the applicant reaches the home page of the official website, then needs to locate and click on the eHRMS Login
- As the applicant clicks, a login page will appear on the screen.
- Now, enter all the login credentials, such as username, password, along the captcha code

How to Access E-service Book?
To access the E-service Book, follow these steps:-
- First of all, visit the official eHRMS
- Once the applicant reaches the home page of the official website, they need to locate and click on the eHRMS Login
- As the applicant clicks, a login page will appear on the screen.
- Now, enter all the login credentials such as username, password along with the captcha code shown.
- After that a new dashboard will appear on the screen now on the dashboard for employees, select the Employee Service Book Details option and enter your eHRMS code.
- A new form will appear on the screen now applicant needs to enter all the asked details such as Employee Name, Code, State Name, Posting State Office, Department, along with the captcha code
- Quickly review all the details carefully.
- Click on the Search button to access the e-service book.
How to Download Salary Slip?
To download salary slip, follow these steps:-
- First of all, log in to the official Portal of Manav Sampada.
- After logging the “Salary Details or Pay Slip” option will appear click on it.
- Now select a month and year for which you require the salary slip.
- As the applicant selects pay slip will appear on the screen
- Click on the Download icon to download the salary slip.
- Note:- if you pay slip is not visible then you should contact your DDO, (Drawing and Disbursing Officer)
